Starting training at 16 years of age as the apprentice of Ricardo “Franjinha” Miller, Jeff Glover won countless competitions, in his weight class and the open weight category, from white belt to black belt.

Some of his accomplishments include 2005 and 2006 Pan American champion, 2007 No Gi World Champion, and 3x ADCC veteran.
